I'm Belinda Lee, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Georgia with a heartfelt commitment to helping you navigate life's transitions and embrace a more harmonious existence.

My path to becoming a therapist is rooted in a diverse tapestry of experiences. Before founding Balance Living Holistic Therapy in 2020, I dedicated myself to nurturing mental well-being as a mental health therapist at Emory Healthcare System. I later honed my skills as a psychotherapist within a private practice group, refining my holistic approach to healing.

My educational journey has equipped me with a solid foundation: a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University, Georgia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University, New Jersey. These academic achievements underscore my commitment to providing you with the utmost care and expertise.

My work goes beyond the confines of the therapy room. Drawing from a rich background as an educator and caregiver, I've gained invaluable insights into the complexities of life. From teaching middle school to transitioning to elementary education in Georgia, my experiences have nurtured a profound understanding of the human journey.
